Sold an item on gameflip, got a negative review. While I was asking the guy why he did so, he said he did by mistake. Got proof on a picture. Want that [only] negative review gone.

I do believe gameflip can clean out the negative review but i’m not sure if they can put it as positive. Mistakes happen and yes first impressions are mostly everything.
