Hi. I sold a 50$ PSN code, the buyer first told me that the code didn’t work, then he says that he is from EU and the code is for USA so he can’t use and ask for a refund. I contact sony to know when the code was redeemed it, it was redeemed 1 minute after he receive the code. I sent him proof of that and then he rate me with a negative review. Can someone please remove that rate from my profile? And i also i hope that guy gets banned
