Hi,
I would advise contacting Support about that if it happens again next time or just submit a request to ask why your funds got delayed this time even though it’s been solved/paid so you know the reason.

Usually bigger amounts take more time but it depends on a lot of different factors. Mods do not come on daily (Usually off weekends as well) so contacting Support would be better before making a post here. Do note Support also need weekends to rest.
