We are currently experiencing issues with Zendesk, our Support service provider. This includes not being able to send in Support tickets through either our apps or website, or be able to access our FAQs. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and will let you know once the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately we do not have a timeframe on when Zendesk will implement any fixes, but you can track their System Status here: https://status.zendesk.com/
