I bought a item off a seller and he has said it was sold out but still have not canceled the order i cannot do a dispute because code has not been sent what can i do. the seller who is doing this is osno keys recommend not buying from them until they can sort this out. They have even put up other listings for sale since i bought it and they cant be bothered to cancel my order
The seller is supposed to cancel the order. If he doesn’t do that, you can just wait, and it will be canceled if the seller does not deliver. If the seller delivers, and the code doesn’t work, dispute right away.
Your money is safe, and you’ll be refunded. The issue is it takes longer than it should because the seller doesn’t do his part (cancel the order) properly.
