Hello.It said ‘‘Your Ultra Club subscription plan has been renewed.’’ today but it looks still the same and i kept paying %10 comission after that.What kind of bug is this ? I sold 300$+ worth of stuff after the notification and couldn’t get that +%2 advantage. Please check my logs and compensate my loss if possible unless i’m mistaken about something.

The new subscription will only start after the “expires on” date, even if it allows you to renew early.

I have verified the system and can see that your Ultra Club subscription is working as expected.
After the expiration time passed of your last months subscription, which was 12/26/2020 at 20:36:51 GMT, the next months sales cap became active.
Also, keep in mind that the “renewed notification” means that you purchased another month successfully of the subscription. As you can see in the screenshot you sent, the payment is done before the expired date.
