when I purchase an item I`ll get a notification in the notification menu but there should be another notification sign (the red circle with a number) on the purchase title, just like the sold notification that always displayed when waiting for acceptance.
I have one Purchased item in progress and another sold in the picture below.
I met people who forget they have a purchase in progress item next time they visit the Gameflip because of this notification red dot.
