Suspended account and 0 response from support

Hi,
My account was suspended and I’m waiting for any response from your support since 4 May. Can You do something about it? When I was selling stuff there were no problem, but when I want to make an use of my money - You are blocking my account (that is transparently not fair). Give me directions to solve this situation. Please try sending another support ticket, as your first one may not have been received if we never got back to you.

It’s been 2 weeks since I wrote this. I further can’t do anything about that. When i try to send a ticket, page is giving me an error.

You can send Support a direct email at support@gameflip.zendesk.com. Also let them know about the error you are receiving when trying to contact Support so we can better understand what’s going on.

I had sent them e-mail last weekend. 0 response. Why are you completely ignoring my messages? No response since 4 May. Almost 40 days !!

Will anyone answer me? I don’t think this is a serious company…

Your last ticket sent in was on Apr 29th in which we requested more information from you and you never sent it. As well as never saw another ticket sent into Support by you. Furthermore, after looking into your account, I do see that it was suspended due to fraudulent activity and creating multiple accounts. We will absolutely not tolerate this type of activity on our marketplace.

Yes it was suspended earlier but it was your mistake (i had send to support screenshots of my Steam trade history) and gameflip send me this:

So as you can see fraudulent activity and creating multiple accounts was a dream. Also my last ticket was send 9 May (gameflip didn’t answer me) and since then I can’t do anything about my account or even contact support again.

You fail to note that we had also sent you another email when we suspended your account telling you the exact reason why. The following email that you had shown above was most likely a duplicate ticket that you had sent in around that time. As well as if you ticket was sent on May 9th, and I told you to send us another ticket on May 16th, why haven’t you done this?

To also futher iterate, your account was suspended due to creating multiple accounts to exploit our Promos. So if you can explain how this isn’t fraudulent with all of the accounts you created with basically the same email, please let us know. If not, your account will continue to be suspended. Again, you will need to send Support a new ticket. If you fail to do so, this will go nowhere.

I don’t get it. After my account was suspended for the first time gameflip unsuspended me (because they were wrong) and it’s clear i think. There is nothing to discuss with.

I already told you that it’s impossible to send a ticket from my account. I’m getting error every time i try to do this. If you are talking about manualy writing to support:

What do you mean by “basically the same email”? It was 100% the same or no? I already explained in tickets that it were my facebook friend’s accounts.

When will you unsuspend my account? It’s 2 months now.

Hey BurTheFly I have seen your help and I would really appreciate it if you could help he aswell my account had been suspended for a while now and I have try to ask and went on the question website and I can’t and I would love to have you help and have some tips

Ive had a similar issue of getting suspended , however i was suspended for having 2 accounts. But ive sent a ticket saying that the 2nd account is my friends which it is, we made it when she was over at my house. But they still are ignoring my tickets. Anyway someone can help me please?

Hey @Vantage. Only the suport team can investigate your supension and help you further.

Unfortunately if their decision is final, there is nothing that can be done to change it.

Please, contact them again that proves that the account was made by your friend.
This might help your case.
