As we can see in the picture, we can see the buyer has confirmed the order before even receiving a code. The buyer has rated “I am waiting for code in email”. This is a lie that every scammer tells every new buyer.

Thank you very much for reporting this, this user was banned.
I can be reporting every day like this on forums. But usually I just report to the website directly. I guess its best to post on forums.

Sir, I just have a small question.
In last 3 days, 12-13 of my customers were put under review. And the trend was, that all orders were between $50-70. And after couple hours they usually get their orders declined.
Do the customers receive any instructions on how to clear themselves from being under review so that orders aren’t cancelled like this??

Feel free to report it, we really appreciate the help.
Regarding the review question, we always send an email to the user when his/her purchase stops under review. The user has 24h to reply to the email with the requested information.
Also, the user usually has the option to cancel the order as well.
