I tried purchasing a game and it said my postal code was incorrect so i pressed three times on buy so i wouldnt lose the game but no confirmation e-mail and the game did not appear in my purchased section yet my card statement said ihad payed three times.i have talked to support but i would like a clearer answer.i did get news that my purchase was under review so it could take a while but i just wanted a reply on my ticket yet its been 3 days. the only concern is i have been waiting since the 25th for news about anything.
That kind of issue needs to be followed up by support. I’m sorry, but I’m not much of a help in this case.
