Unable to log into my account

Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error. (The error simply says: “Login error.”)

I am unsure if it’s my username or password is incorrect. I’ve tried requesting for my username, and I enter in my verified phone number, but no message is sent to my phone.

I have tried resetting the password through my verified email, but don’t receive an email.

I’m also unable to submit a ticket, since I cannot log into my account to view my Invite Code.

Please help me recover my account
