Hey there… when a new user makes a purchase, usually his purchase go under review for a bit longer than usually (sometimes even 24 hours). New users are not quite familiar with the gameflip service so they get scared when they are not receiving the key/item after they paid for it.
It would be a good implementation if you guys allow to us (sellers) to communicate with the buyers once they make the purchase, even if it’s pending under review, so they chill and don’t get scared about their purchase.
