unfair poor rate

He has bought keys from me. After this, I gave his keys immediately. And he rated me as poor although I did everything right. Ive asked him that why he rated me as poor and he made fun of me, he gave poor rate to me, but i cant give poor rate to him beacuse of gameflip does not allow this, i can give only good rate this too bad…

A moderator can remove the bad rating. Once @Tali or @DunnBiscuit get on they can look into it more.
