Hi, buyer purchased my steam gift card (1 day manual delivery), i was asleep the time he purchased and i forgot to offline my status, but he got the codes in just 4hours in total, it didn’t exceed into 1 day timeframe, i always keep saying sorry to him for the delay
But he left me a neutral rating stating that : it took a while for me to respond, he rather prefer auto delivery instead, wait what?
Buyer knew i have some automatic delivery listing yet he purchased my 1 day manual delivery instead
My concern is, are ratings/reviews all final? should i accept this? or just make an appeal to support to able remove the neutral?
I know it’s just a neutral, but as a new seller giving my best of the best, reputation matters to me, thankyou
