If you go to here :

Then, check in the bottom right corner of the page for the chat icon. Click there to start the chat.

If you don’t see it, then try again later or right around 9am PST …

I spoke with the agent immediately.

This way will bypass the ticket submission and you can speak directly to someone to help you.

I got the call from Nintendo regarding my suspension. They have released my suspension. Took under 3 days for me, from day 1 - calling them regarding my suspension, day 2 - providing documentation and they escalated urgency, day 3 - got the call from Nintendo that they are releasing the ban over the phone call.

I guess if you are proactive about the situation, then they will speed up the process. I told the Nintendo agent I was speaking to of how many hundreds of hours I invested into Animal Crossing New Horizons, and they put my case on urgent. This paid off. I am happy now.
