I made two payments to my wallet on July 8. They were placed under review, I was asked to send verification info (which I did) and was told (my “activity” section in my account shows this) that these 2 payments were refunded. This was almost 3 weeks ago and no refund has come through to my bank. I submitted a ticket, but it showed “resolved” without being resolved and there is no phone number to contact support. How do I get this taken care of?
