Basically, you’re proposing 2 features, one is to stop trolling (by blocking others) and one is to manage post sale customer service.
Just curious, what kind of post-sale customer service you would do? I guess I bought a few things but never really needed any post sale service.

You can log into the same account from different devices (or web browser + mobile app). However, sharing your account with someone else can lead to loss of account.
This means that I and my partner cannot be using the same account to make purchases and sales? If so, they should make small business or company accounts where several people can use it without problems.
