From what I’m aware, nothing has changed regarding the payout verification times, but there might have been a higher flow of payouts or our system detected a change that might have needed attention from the responsible team.

Bitcoin withdrawl isn’t fair at all. Everytime I have observed that the rate at which withdrawl happens is always 5-6% premium from current rate. You guys take 4-5 days to pay and then choose to pay at the highest rate between 4-5 days period. You should be ashamed of this. You charge 2.5% on top this this scam. Shame on you @DarkKnight @MajorTom do you have any answer?
