$300 amazon gift card balance is hold by amazon

I bought the amazon $300 gift card on 9/28/2021, the balance was hold on 10/8/2021. The seller is no longer in the system. I have contacted amazon, amazon was asking for the gift card’s purchaser’s name and email to unlock the balance. I have filed the request 718171 on 10/8/2021 and later provided the chat screenshot with amazon. My last replied was received on 10/11/2021 from Gameflip support. Since then, no replied was received. I hope gameflip can look at this case and provide the purchaser’s name and email of that gift card, or refund me. Please help! My gameflip code: CH6JU6
