Retrieve profile code

I have submitted a request to retrieve my profile code 3 days ago as my account has been suspended. However, I still have not received any response. Is there any other way to get the profile code? I m new to the website and not so familiar with the website policies. My account has been suspended and I have some balances in it. I really need the money. Can someone please help me?
