Added funds, cancelled without explanation

I’m new here so I’m not sure if I did something incorrectly, but I tried adding funds for the 1st time today and a couple of hours later I got an email saying “the purchase transaction has been cancelled by Gameflip.” But nowhere in the email does it say what I did wrong or why it was cancelled. Can someone provide further information because at this point I have no idea what the next step is.
