I have years of experience buying Amazon gift cards from Gameflip sellers. I recently noticed another balance hold on a $10 gift card to which Gameflip refunded me. But this time Amazon flagged my account as suspicious and banned it with $100s of Gameflip GCs redeemed + prime membership. After contacting their phone line, they said they are sending an email to the correct department but they never get back to me within a few days and I keep calling back and a new representative keeps sending that department an email again with no progress made. They won’t even give me proper closure if not for getting my account recovered.
Not sure what to do here. It seems like a lousy $10 gift card corrupted my whole account in this case because it broke terms and conditions. Has anyone been successful in recovering their account after it was banned due to gift cards?
