Amazon Gift Card - Balance Hold

@TrueGift So I purchased a $100 Amazon Gift card from you on July 7, redeemed it, but now it says “Balance Hold” on my Amazon account, and I can’t use it, why is that??

I can provide evidence and transaction ID of this, so please help me out.

Hello @Grantnarg,

Your funds could be on hold due to the Gift Card being stolen or issued a chargeback.

Contact Amazon Support to see if the Gift Card was redeemed, and who redeemed it.

Amazon may have flagged your account for Security reasons, suspected unauthorized access, duplicate accounts , or account information unconfirmed (bank account , credit card, address, Tax ID, phone number, email).
