Bought 100$ gift card and got scammed help!

I bought a 100$ amazon gift card, Redeemed and rated the seller because apparently everything was ok, later i checked my balance and i see a balance withheld, i called amazon and they told me that the gift card owner claimed his money back so they took the balance from my account. i already sent a ticket to support.
Please help
