Buyer not responding to messages

Time is running out for me to ship the item I sold but buyer hasn’t responded to multiple messages I sent. I don’t want bad rep for this as I’ve done all I can to try and ship the item. Please help!

Cancel the order and state the reason as “unresponsive buyer”. The admins can see the exchange messages between you and the buyer, so they can tell if the buyer didn’t say anything.

No. Just write the “Other” reason as buyer unresponsive or something alike.
