You’ve done exactly what Dunnbiscuit told you to do in the last thread right?
If you have then I say just be a little more patient. I think tickets are slowly building up and response times right now are a little slow, especially with all the free FLP giveaways going on. Its inconvenient but it will be solved eventually!
