Can you guys remove the suspension?

My brother plays fortnite and he was trying to make some money to buy skins and when I got home recently I found that my acc was suspened. I am truly sorry for what he did.
I know its against Gameflip Policy and I can see why you probably wouldn’t un-suspend but “Please”
