Didn't Receive $3 Credit After Purchase

Hello!

I just completed a purchase of $47 during the October Flash Promo and have not received the $3 in free credits. It currently shows 82 remaining quantities.

I’m unsure what info I need to post to prove the purchase, so any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you!

I received the credits after my first purchase of $45 was completed.
