I have contacted support and haven’t gotten a reply in 2 weeks and had this problem for 3 weeks. I believe I was falsely suspended because I became suspended for using my closed debit card which was stolen not too long ago before I had tried to use it. To prove I didn’t use it the support wanted my offical bank statement but after I had gotten it, I never got a respond since. And new tickets only gets merged to that ticket even though I close that ticket.
