I bought a CS:GO key and the code that should appear, just says “auto”. It didn’t do this the last time I bought a key, so what do I do? I’ve refreshed multiple times and it’s still like that.
If you haven’t done so already, make sure to put the purchase in Dispute so the timer stops and we can look into the transaction for you. Just by looking at the screenshot, it looks like the Seller was trying to scam, but unaware that Gameflip was built from the ground up to prevent this. Once you open up the Dispute, we’ll have access to the transaction and cancel it for you.
A refund has been initiated, but thanks for you help. My day isn’t going well, same just happened on G2A.
