I had tried to purchase an in-game item code for a “Minty Pickaxe,” I hadn’t known about the forum and post about not purchasing minty pickaxes until now, anyways, I had purchased the code and the seller had tried to scam me with a code for a different item, the seller had also called me a scammer for disputing it and asking for a refund after I had provided evidence that he was scamming me. I escalated the issue and I’m not sure how long it will take, some people are saying that it would take weeks, one said it took them 28 days for support. Is this true?
