If the system flags a purchase due to a high dollar amount or something suspicious such as logging in from a location very far from your billing address, we may contact you to verify the purchase.
Reviews can also be caused by discrepancies in payment information or failing to enter the correct verification code. You may be asked to verify in the future but as time goes on and our system recognizes your purchase patterns the reviews should occur less frequently.
The review process for any purchase within Gameflip takes up to 48 hours during business days to complete, but we are always trying to speed up this process.
Now, this purchase was cancelled by you and after looking into you account I can see that you still have not verified your ID. Once you verify, the chances of going through review will decrease.

Hey! Thanks for that. I’m not sure what verifying it does, but money is still being stopped and put pending after I complete a listing. I have some money in there, but will take 18 HOURS for me to use. Could you speed this up? And also see if there’s a way for it to stop pending. It’s meant to stop doing it after a while, but it always puts it under review.

So in this case you are talking about the money held after completed sales.
Depending on your past selling record, i.e. how many items you sold through your Gameflip account and what types of items you are selling, your cash from sale proceeds could be held for a few hours to a few days.
As you establish a good selling record over a period of time, the amount of days that the cash from completed sales is held will be reduced and may even be instantly available.
This information is also listed in the following link and is done automatically by our system, so we are not able to reduce the time on the hold.

I see what you mean but I have no sign of the pending time going down. If anything, it has gone up. I have had more than a dozen sales these few days and all I have had to wait 18 hours for the money. Just now I have had a larger sale and I still need to wait the same amount of time I was waiting 20 sales ago. I’m not sure that it will decrease.
If verified, do you get the money instantly?

I understand your point, but since this is done directly and automatically through the system, we have no control over the time that is set on the sales proceeds hold.
This hold is part of security measures that were set to protect our Gameflip users from possible fraudulent activities.
