Got scammed buying a game and support wont email me back

So about a week and a half ago I bought “playerunknowns battlegrounds” from someone on gameflip and he gifted it to me through steam and everything was fine. I played the game just fine that day too. But the next day when I got on steam they notified that the game had been removed from my account because of a payment problem from the person who gifted it to me.

I emailed support about this and sent three screenshots with all of my chats with the seller as proof, and I received an email back saying that they needed my invite code and the name of the listing to help me. I sent them both of those the same day and it has now been a week with no reply back from support.

What should I do at this point?
