I received a false review which is very hurtful to the business so I would appreciate if someone could look into it and remove it. I sold 100x the same product (500 USD) without a single complaint but then someone bought it and left a very bad comment saying the balance was revoked which is 100% not the case.
I decided to block the user because he did not confirm the transaction until the very end even though he used the balance right away so he most likely left the feedback in return because IF he would have really lost anything he would have contacted me or the support to figure things out and not left a feedback without ever trying to send me a message first.
