If you received a rating that you feel is unfair and would like to have the Support Team verify the possibility to remove it, please open a ticket using the link below:
Inside the ticket, don’t forget to show the rating you want removed and explain why you think the rating received is unfair with proof (screenshots, video link and etc.) ok?
If you have questions or would like the admins to check the ticket here through the forum, feel free to send us a PM.
Also, keep in mind that from now on Live Chat Support will no longer be removing ratings.
