Im new to this site as well. Also Canadian. Not a good experience so far.
Very first purchase, money taken right away, seller cancels transaction, now i have to wait 2 WEEKS for a refund? if YOU can TAKE the money instantly, you should damn well make sure to REFUND the same money instantly as well.
Definitely not a good first impression for a new user.

Please keep in mind that the informed wait period will depend entirely on your bank and how they process reimbursements. You can feel free to contact your payment provider to understand how they process refunds.
On our side, all the orders go through our payment processor, which will immediately submit a refund to your bank account when a transaction is canceled.
