How do I rate the seller?

I just purchased an item, and there is no choice to rate the seller. I know you are not supposed to rate the seller until the item arrives, but I don’t know how to do it, for when it arrives.

Once an item ships, the option to rate a seller should appear automatically. Select the transaction in your transaction history and you will see an option to rate the seller. The rating options do not appear prior to an item being shipped. This is done so you have a chance to inspect your purchase prior to rating a seller.
