I have all my verified data in gameflip card / identification / phone and still have the purchases that I try to do `` Under review ‘’.Is it normal for this to happen to me?

These reviews can be caused by discrepancies in payment information or failing to enter the correct verification code.

You may be asked to verify in the future but as time goes on and our system recognizes your purchase patterns the reviews should occur less frequently.

I also want to say that these days there are a lot of accounts created by scammers. What is the ideal place for you to read the reports i send ? Normally i like to find scammers :wink:

And one more thing i sent a support for the change of my email @paypal and they have not made it effective.( i have over 150 100% sales) Can you change it here from the forum? i dont want to bother sending emails to support.

Update: Now i try to pay and i cant , the box appears gray and i have +1200 balance. Probably a temporal problem.

Totally not how they are supposed to do business. That’s against policy so don’t complete that transaction, dispute it and report them.

Now regarding the reports, you could simply open one up by clicking the report button inside the marketplace. Also, when opening up a report, please specify the problem or add some sort proof. So we could ban the scammer. Your reports will be more than appreciated.

I have checked the issue and found a flag on your account. The flag was added because you have been suspended before for “conducting sales outside of Gameflip”.

I have removed the flag and removed the PayPal account from your Gameflip account, but keep in mind that the next violation will cause your account to be permanently suspended, even without the flag.
