I asked him what is going on ? he told me there an error redeeming the code! i tried to help him I gave him all steps to redeem it and he is to lazy he won’t replay to me and i checked the code on amazon and its was fine but today i tried to check the code and found that it’s already redeemed and he didn’t cancel the hold … so i need the admins to look at this because im waiting along time it’s has been 6 days and nothing happened!!
