i bought an item worth 18.00$ and the person didnt give me the item he said it was a joke so i was just wondering if i could get a refund
Message them to cancel the transaction or after 3 days (max) you will be given the option to cancel the order.
The seller can still cancel (tell him to do so). But if the seller pretends to send you something (like scamming you), create a dispute right away.
