i had 16 poor and i didnt get order. It has been 21 poor why did it happen idk. And %90 of buyers (given poor) didnt give their steam link and it took too long. I just verified your last orders and found that there were 5 orders in which you did not respond to the buyers in the transaction chat and did not deliver your items during the delivery period.

So your 1 day delivery interval had run out and the buyers were able to cancel the transaction. When the buyer cancels the transaction in these cases, the system automatically gives you a poor rating for not delivering the item in time.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to remove these poor ratings from your account.
If you are not able to deliver your items in 1 day, I recommend changing to 2 or 3 day delivery, so you have more time to contact and deliver your items to the buyers.
