It's been 2 weeks and still on hold?

So I bought a steam code and it did not work. Within minutes the seller apologized and said I would get a refund. Its been two weeks from when I bought it and one week from when I got a email from game flip asking me if I still had a problem. I mean they took money out from my Paypay that day.
So how long much longer do I have to wait?
