For controllers and headsets, which weigh more than 0.5 pds, there should be an option for larger weight sizes.

It’s really hard to predict the weight of some of these products. Take as an example a controller weight, which varies depending on the controller model and platform.
We’re working on improvements and I’ll definitely pass this suggestion along. Maybe we could work something out

The USPS has flat rate shipping boxes and padded mailers as long at the item doesn’t exceed 70 pounds. They’re priority mail only but they include insurance and tracking. I have used so many the USPS made me get them directly from Pitney Bowes several times because I emptied out the local office on more than one occasion.
