Long answers from the support

Do you have 1 worker for the whole site? Why so long answer in the support? Or have all the employees of the old Valve support gone to work for you? I can not get a detailed answer to my question and a request for thinning because of a misunderstanding. If there is no desire to be diluted for not doing anything, then at least they said so.

Can someone help me with my problem, please? I would like to know if the account can be unraveled. If not, can you create a new one and sell the keys from it?
