if your average time is 1-2 business days to reply on a new ticket…what about existing ticket…going on 3 days…we could have easily and i do mean easily solve my request ticket over the phone…
support is shi!t. It didn’t used to be like this. The past few weeks has been awful trying to buy stuff.
Hey guys, I know it has been rocky so far. We’d like to apologize. We are receving many more requests per hour/day and we are working hard to adapt and improve our answers and our reply time.
