My ID Keeps being Rejected too many issues for something so simple

Hi,

so i used gameglip to sell amazon gift cards USD as i live in the UK i cannot use these. so both have sold but my money is pending for a WEEK?! Even though both codes have been accepted and feedback given.

I thought sorting my identity out would help… but no my Passport! was rejected the only Government Issued ID I have? Furthermore the debit card verify does NOT state when taking photos to take a selfie like it does in the ID one… Just too much faffing around when all i want is my money? the buyer gets to spend his money? why dont i?
