My transaction got cancelled, but my money didn’t go back to my Visa card.

So I received a visa debit card as a gift from someone and I went to go buy a minty axe fortnite code on Gameflip for $23.53 and the guy ended up canceling the purchase because “the product was defective” (I guess the code he was selling was already used or something? I have no idea), anyways, after he canceled it I expected to see my money back in my Visa card, but when I checked the balance of the card, the money was gone still. I even waited a few hours and checked again, but the money was still gone. Is there any way I can get my money back or did I seriously just get scammed by Gameflip?

No, that was the second place I checked after the transaction got cancelled. It says $0.

It happened to me last week Saturday After 4 days it came back to my credit card you should wait 1to10 business day it will come back to your visa card

Was your card also a gift card or was it a Visa card for a bank account?

It was visa for bank account

That’s the difference, mine is a prepaid visa gift card so idk if the money will go back in my account but I hope it does.

You will have it back in 3-10 days of course… doesn’t matter if it’s visa gift card

I just checked my bank statement and its not showing pending anymore but is saying the transaction is settled now and still no refund :’(
