Negative Rating after Tranaction Cancelled

Last week, a listing of mine was purchased while I had my display status set at “(Offline)”. I messaged the buyer almost instantly, thanking them for their purchase and letting them know I was currently offline, but would be available to deliver in about 3 hours. The buyer responded that they should be around also at that time.

I messaged when I was available, and received no response. I messaged a few times after trying to set up delivery, each time receiving no response. Earlier this week, I received a notification that the transaction was cancelled and saw I received a negative rating.

I communicate with all users, whether as a buyer or seller, effectively, professionally, and kindly. I messaged a couple of the Moderators earlier this week regarding this issue and asking them to take a look into it to see if there’s anything they could do to possibly help me out, but have yet to receive a response.
