I’ve been waiting since late may too. They haven’t replied since I sent the screenshots though. I called once asking if there was any info but they didn’t have anything for me. Someone mentioned they called and the supervisor said their ticket should’ve been resolved already and they got unbanned shortly after that. I wouldn’t think calling would reset your queue though.
My ticket was resolved on may 23 I only called them after the 10-15 days had expired and they sent a follow up email and I also remember them calling me. I’d call the direct supervisor number 1-877-803-3676 and enter the 12 digit code or refer number hopefully it gets resolved
Is this your first time being suspended? Usually it will take 2 weeks to a 1 month, provided you have given them sufficient information. Do send them an email to remind them. It took me 2 weeks for first suspension and exactly 1 month for second suspension to be lifted. Don’t give up hope, just wait and be patient.
