Open dispute or cancel order

Hi, can anyone advise how I open a dispute or cancel an order? I cant see either option. Does this appear after a certain amount of time has elapsed? It’s been over 24 hours and the seller has asked me to cancel and reorder but I cant

Hi there. Only sellers can cancel an order if it’s automatically delivery. If it’s a manual delivery then if I recall correctly the buyer has to wait until the timeframe of manual delivery is exhausted and the code is not yet given (you can see the maximum days the manual delivery might take in the listing - it’s usually 1 or 2 days).
